This policy explains how BFCEV Energy Solutions Private Limited ("Electrovolt", "we") handles information collected through https://electrovolt.in. We collect as little as possible and we say what we do with it — accurately.
What we collect
When you submit a form on this site (contact, partner enquiry, newsletter, or catalogue download), we collect the details you provide: your name, email address, phone number, and message. We also use a hidden anti-spam field that genuine visitors never see or fill.
We do not run advertising trackers on this site. If we add analytics in future, it will measure aggregate usage (pages visited, time on site) rather than identify individuals, and this policy will be updated first.
How we use it
Form submissions are delivered to our team so we can respond to your enquiry. Newsletter and catalogue emails are used to send you occasional updates about the network; every email includes a way to opt out, and you can also just reply asking to be removed.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your information with anyone.
Where it lives
Submissions are stored in our company Google Workspace (a spreadsheet accessible only to the founding team). Confirmation emails are sent from our own domain.
Your choices
You can ask us at any time what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to purchase_hub@electrovolt.in and we will action it promptly.
